What we collect, and why.

Your details: Name, email, phone and addresses — to take the booking, deliver the equipment and invoice you.
Business details: Company name and VAT number, where you ask for an invoice.
Booking history: What you hired and when — to run the hire, and because tax law requires us to keep the records.
Payment: Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Technical: IP address and browser, in server logs, to keep the site working and secure.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for the period Greek tax law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are rotated within a few weeks.

Who else sees it

Only those who need to: our payment processor, our delivery partners for the address on the day, and our accountants. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

What you can ask us to do.

Can I get a copy of what you hold?

Yes. Write to us and we will send it within one month.

Can I have it corrected?

Yes, and you can change most of it yourself from your account.

Can I have it deleted?

Where we are not required to keep it. Invoices and booking records have to stay for the statutory period.

What about cookies?

We use only what the site needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your basket. No advertising trackers.

What if I am not happy with your answer?

You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
